How to reinstall my Symbian firmware? I've s60 3rd. And software version 32.001. I'm facing some trouble n want reinstall it :/

to update ur firmware and to reinstall ur firmware are two different things. To update u need the nokia/ovi suite, thats if an update is even available. To reinstall u need phoenix or navifirm but unless u know what ur doing, u risk bricking ur phone and theres no going back from there..
