So what happened was that I created some notes in my "notes" on my iPod Touch (2nd generation). The day after it died and when I went to go charge it, it was locked and had to be backed up from my previous back-up session. Now, those new notes I created are gone and I cannot retrieve them. Is there a way I could get those notes from my iPod touch without using a backup program that only collects data from the previous backup?
I tried most back-up recovery programs. But all they do is restore from my last backup. In other words, is there a way I can retrieve ALL data from the iPod -- like hidden files and deleted files and in my case the files that were not saved to iTunes but yet the actual hardware of the iTouch? I'm a songwriter and wrote a song on it the night before it crashed without backing it up. It would be more than amazing to get my song back from my "notes" from my iTouch.
