How many people agree that AC/DC was a punk band from 1976 to 1978?

They have always denied being punk at first but their sound at that time was too obvious of following the latest trend at the time. They may not have dressed in punk get-up, but they sure were playing punk style rock.

And not just that, but they actually did make a really good punk band at that time. The sound they made at that time was awesome.

Punk was around even in the 60s Stepping stone, and lots more... Anything rebellious is usually punk...

I respect your opinion but AC/DC have always been nothing but Rock and Roll. People call them metal. But they were around before that term became mainstream. And before the term "punk" as well.
