i got my nokia neuron about a month ago and it has froze up on me once before, but it was only about 2 minutes before it was up and running again. but this time, its been frozen for an hour. ive tried everything but resetting it, which i cant do without getting into the phone, which i cant do because my touch screen wont work. does anybody have any advice? i am freaking out.
