Hello! I have always had shorter hair so im not really "Down" with all the hairstyles terms and iv decided to grow my hair out abit and I want to get it cut like this

like the guy on the left of each picture
Although I dont really know how to ask for it to be cut that way(And dont want to bring in a picture, I feel werid doing that)
