How do I make a DVD or Blu Ray out of .TS files?

I have a few recordings in .TS format using a Dreambox satellite receiver with built in HDD, some recordings are from SD channels and HD channels, I have transferred what I want to copy, onto my laptop (which has a Blu Ray Writer), I only have Nero (the Blu Ray writing version) and windows 7's standard burning program

As you know, if you want to burn these .ts files to dvd or bd to watch these videos instead of saving these files only, you will need convert .ts format to vob and burn to dvd. I've used imtoo dvd creat software and made several dvds, maybe you can have a try. hope it is helpful for you.
