How do I keep a healthy fitness plan when I go to school and have a family with

unhealthy food choices? I am not overweight, but I do want to maintain the shape I am in now, and hopefully get into even better shape. I really want to tone my thighs, so I was thinking I could go on a mile walk in the morning every Saturday and Sunday. But the problem is that my family has incredibly unhealthy food at my house. All the good junk foods that make you FAT. I'm very fortunate that I'm not fat yet, and I want to change. It's always very tempting to eat all these good junk foods and stuff, ESPECIALLY at school. What's a good plan for me?
