Basically, when the brake is applied, only the standard left and right taillights will come on. The third, CENTER light behind the glass, and the tail FIN led light will NOT come on. The bulbs are new in the small center light, and the tail fin is factory installed. I just bought the car, and have no clue why these lights don't work, or where to look to fix them. I've checked fuses, and have found none blown. Anyone else experience this? It's the 2003 3.2L Acura TL, 4 door, with the lighted tail fin.
