How do I get Apple's Safari web-browser on my Android smartphone?

Yes, hello.
...I'm trying to get Apple's Safari web browser onto my friends android smartphone.
Since Steve Jobs said at WWDC that Apple's flagship web-browser was made OpenSource it has not only become the worlds most popular mobile web-browser but has also become the most popular web-browser on all android handsets.

So I was trying to install it to my friends phone since he was too poor to just get an iPhone and be set. I downloaded a couple App Stores for android and it's a mess. Impossible to find anything.

So I need some help guys, what App store do I get so I can download Safari for him. Or what do I do/ where do I go to get Apple's Safari web-browser for my friends android phone.

Thanks for reposting my question for me, hmm strange that Steve said this but I cannot find any evidence of this. Maybe its because my friend had the cheapest droid phone. Hey, he couldn't even install Firefox on his android crapfest phone.
