hi, i purchased the Motorola SB5101 from Comcast 6 months ago. My promotion for comcast ended and i no longer have internet. Im giving the item to my brother whose going to get Comcast for himself. However when the Comcast cable installer came, he said the information in the Motorola SB5101 is still under my name so he couldnt get it to function with my brothers connection. So is there a way to delete or reset the information that is stored in the Motorola SB5101?
