I have a 88 chevy beretta, and the leather layer or whatever it is on the dashboard was ripped off or something, like the whole dash is there but it just looks all scruffy and stuff with what it looks to be old glue, I'm just wondering is there a way I can like sand it down and paint it? If there's a way to do it without removing the WHOLE dash out the car?
