how can i unlock iphone 4 on IOS 4.1?

i have an iphone 4 running IOS 4.1 and i would like to unlock it so i can use it with other carriers. i have tried searching the net a lot aout how to unlock iphone 4 on IOS 4.1 but i didnt find anything useful. PLEASE HELP ME
