Windows Update has automatically downloaded IE7 as an update, and every day tells me that it wants to install it. I do not want this, since from experience I know that a program I use from time to time (eBay Turbo Lister) depends upon functionality that is only available in IE6 and will not run under IE7 or IE8.
I am aware that I can decline to install the update, and do so each day - but is there any way of deleting it completely so that Windows Update doesn't keep telling me it wants to install the stupid thing?
