I am a 16 year old one pack a day smoker, ive been smoking menthol cigarettes for about a year now and ive been smoking all together for 2 years. I really hate smoking but with out cigarettes my nerves get real bad. Im so ready to quit and ive tried quiting before. My mom, grandma, and all my friends smoke cigarettes. My mom doesnt know i still smoke and i dont plan on telling her. If anybody has any tips, advise, how-tos, that would be awesome!
