Hello. This is a picture of my engine. I've been wondering what the thing circled in yellow is, Is it supposed to be connected to something else? And what does it do? I bought it from a guy, and I thought it looked a bit strange cause it seems like something is supposed to be connected to the top of the small tube opening at the end of it. Thank you so much if you can answer.
