Alright, so I've had a Motorola Quench, from T-mobile, for quite a while and its great. Recently, when charging it I turned it on and the white screen with the "M" on it came up and it said blur as usual, but my phone never turned on. That white screen stayed on the entire time and won't go away until finally my phone dies. I've tried factory resetting the phone but for some reason, its not working. Can anyone help? PLEASE!
