ok so my dell studio 1749 comes with a built in bluetooth, it wasnt working ( showed as on but couldnt find bluetooth devices, would not open settings when i clicked it)earlier this month so i asked dell tech support best they could do is tell me to do a complete restore back to factory settings. i did it and yup it works i decide to use it 2 weeks later and same problems i had as before, i have no idea what is going on im probably gonna have to send it to dell really rather not considering last time they sent me back my laptop and the battery wouldnt hold a charge any more and plastic slot cards were taken out just inviting dust into the laptop, if anyone has dealt with a broadcom 365 bluetooth module and these same problems please tell me what you did if you were able to fix it
