HELP!!! AFTER INSTALLING CAR STEREO. IT STILL WON'T POWER ON!?

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am trying to install a Rampage car stereo. I've hooked all the wiring up according to the Jeep wiring diagram. Radio still will not power on. The Red/white constant doesn't seem to have any power or the red/gray switch wire doesn't seem to have power. What could be the problem? Please Help

Hook the constant power and the ignition wire all together. Most cases it would be the Red wire (constant) and the yellow wire (ignition). So you will have a total of 4 wires being connected together. Don't weld it together. Hook it together and use temporary electrical tape and see if that turns the radio on. I'm not sure how to fix that problem, it seem that some cars do have that problem. None of the memory will be able to save either.
