I have absolutely no experience in any type of care, so i was overwhelmed when i recieved an email last night telling me i have an interview for the role of a Healthcare Assistant!! It says its for outpatients doesnt say a ward or anything, will it be in a ward? or is it just outpatient healthcare assistant?
My interview is on the 24th and i have come accross some questions online i should look into however i am stuck on a response for some of them, anyone who is within the nhs or has been asked these questions and were successful with the job please reply
What would you do if you saw a patient falling?
What would you do if a patient asked you to keep a secret?
Any other questions and answers that you think will help me are definately welcome, thanks
