I'm living in a house with 6 other people and my room's right next to the kitchen...there's noise coming from it every night from one person or another, and it wakes me up. I'm wondering if there are any gadgets or technologies that block out sound....anyone know anything?
Having trouble sleeping...anyone know of any noise reducing gadgets?
Simplest way is to put a different but (more) constant noise in your room.
not exactly saying an FM like white hissing noise
but certainly why not a quiet radio or maybe CD
- eg a quiet relaxing piece, even classical
There are plenty of internet stations (See "Tune in" Radio app or PC program)
around the world !! to most 24/7 that you could use...
That way, the extra noise from next door is not so noticeable.
