My mom keeps saying there's tracking on my cellphone or spyware but then she says just kidden... I don't know what to believe but if so how do u know if there is? And how to delete it?

ever mobile phone has tracking as part of it's system we designed it like that for your protection.
when switched on anybody can be located so the idea is for your personal safety.
so yes you can be traced watch NCIS if you want to see how they do it.
the system was and still is part of the system as cell hand over happen with the mobile phone system to reports it's lattitude and longditude co ordinates.
