I remember this in episodes where the girls are in a car and the car stops and they tell something, so their friends and them including run out of the car go around it once and back in before the light turned green. or something like that. anyone know the name of it ? or what they yelled ?

It's called a Chinese fire drill. All of your friends in the car jump out (at a red light) run around the car and quickly get back in before the light turns again. Haha it's super fun you should try it
