I live in san diego and me and my dad would like to go fishing somewhere along Point loma (not in the bay). We are trying to fish for rockfish and correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you can't catch rockfish in the bay area. So the question is, what are some places that let you rent fishing boats? And a person who can drive the boat and us around so we can fish. Because my dad doesn't know how to drive a boat (He has NO experience). And if you have anything I missed to ask can you answer it... Thanks
