Hokay, So;

Post your favorite recipe you like to make at home. Dont make it too complicated because ill kill you. After you post, I will make it and rate it.

Heres Mine:

Take hamburger
Put a rub on it, no homo
Grill on HOT for 1 minute each side
Dip in egg
Dip in breadcrumbs
Put old bay on top
Grill till medium

repeat
 
omgz, i forgot to add. french fries + old bay + put sliced american cheese in a bowl and microwave to dip in

i pity the fact you dont know how to spell pity.

old bay, hmm i probably have eaten it i just dont use it all the time. idk tho

Easy Crockpot Turkey Tetrazzini

An easy crockpot turkey tetrazzini recipe with spaghetti,
mushrooms, and cheese. Scroll down the page to see more tetrazzini recipes.


1 cup hot water
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
4 ounces canned mushrooms, with liquid
2 Tbs red pepper, chopped
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
dash nutmeg
2 cups broken uncooked spaghetti



1 Spray inside of slow cooker crock with flavored cooking
spray. In a bowl, combine the water, soup, mushrooms with liquid, and
pimiento. Stir in the turkey, cheese, onion, parsley, and nutmeg. Add broken
up spaghetti.
2 Stir to combine and pour into crockpot. Cover and cook
on LOW for 4 to 6 hours, until spaghetti is tender. Mix before serving.


Servings: 6

I definitely mess with this one. If I don't happen tohave red pepper, I
leave it out...

One of my favorites...

Grecian Beef Stew


2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound beef rump roast, cut into strips
2 cups crushed tomatoes
2 med onions, cut into thin wedges
1 med eggplant, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup dry red wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 med lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon feta cheese
1 table fresh mint, chopped
8 oz thin egg noodles



1 Cook meat and onion in oil. Combine ingredients (up to
feta) in crock pot. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
2 Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stew
with noodles, mint and crumbled feta.

Another huge favorite

Heritage Pork Roast

COOK'S NOTE: Don't be surprised if the apples seem to disappear
cooking; their wonderful, sweet flavor remains.


1/2 cup apple juice or cider
1/2 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1
inch (2.5 cm) thick
3 medium onions, sliced and separated into rings
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
2 pounds center-cut boneless pork roast, trimmed
of fat
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 fresh sage leaves, snipped, or 1/8 teaspoon
dried sage
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch



1 Pour the apple juice into a crockery pot. Then layer the
i toes, onions, and apples in the crockery pot.
2 In a nonstick skillet, brown the pork on all sides over
medium-high heat. Place the pork on top of the potato and apple slices.
Brush the mustard over the roast and sprinkle the roast with the pepper and
sage. Cover and cook on LOW until the roast is done and registers 165°F
(73.9°C) on a quick reading meat thermometer, 7 to 9 hours.
3 Transfer the roast to a platter and keep it warm. Using
a spoon, transfer the apple-sweet potato mixture to a bow it warm.
4 Combine the water, sugar, and cornstarch in a measurin
the cornstarch mixture into the juices in the crockery pot stirring often,
until they thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve it apple-potato mixture and the
roast.

Mu Shu Turkey


16 ounces canned plums
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pound turkey breast, cut into thin strips
6 flour tortillas
3 cups coleslaw mix



1 Place plums in blender or food processor. Cover and
blend until almost smooth. Combine plums, orange juice, onion, ginger and
cinnamon in slow cooker; mix well. Place turkey strips over plum mixture.
Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
2 Remove turkey strips from slow cooker and divide evenly
among the tortillas. Spoon about 2 tablespoons plum sauce over turkey. Top
evenly with coleslaw mix. Fold bottom edge of tortilla over filling; fold in
sides. Roll up to completely enclose filling. Repeat with remaining
tortillas. Use remaining plum sauce for dipping.
