Far-Left protestors have abandoned Marxist discipline in favour of chaos

What on earth has happened to political protest? I ask this as someone whose life was significantly affected by the moral imperative to resist government policies and social attitudes that I believed to be wrong. Back in my American youth, it was the Vietnam war and racial segregation that were the unacceptable evils, and the policing of demonstrations did not involve being offered cups of tea by avuncular people in uniforms.
