Error message on downloading attachments in mail on mobile browser: phone

not supported. How can I solve this? Since a few weeks I cannot view, download or send any attachment from my phone. I strictly access my mail in the phones browser, but the error message is HTTP Error 302. It also says the phone may not be supported.

I do not want to download the app, since it has no use for me.

How can I solve this and regain control over my e-mail?
