does this character sound boring as fuq? (looks and personality wise)?

I'm writing a story and the main characters sister is 18 years old. She is super pale (her skin is like the colour of milk) with striking blue/grey eyes and black/dark brown hair that goes copper in the sun. She has a full pouty lower lip and always looks a little bit troubled. She veers between being bookish and reserved/not leaving the house and basically being a recluse, but then she will have periods where she drinks a lot and does drugs, and dresses a bit like a tramp. She has undiagnosed mental problems I guess. Does this character sound trite and uninspired? I am afraid of creating a self indulgent "Mary Sue" if you know what I mean.
I imagined the character having anxiety that she self treats with alcohol and drugs, hence having periods of bad judgement whence she dresses like a tramp and doesn't make very good relationship decisions. If that makes sense...
