Unlikely, cruise missiles are huge, far larger that can accommodated in internal weapons bays, even on planes as large as the J-20. If it will carry them, they will have to be mounted on external hardpoints. This would effectively negate the aircraft's stealth capabilities. So it could very well carry them, but it wouldn't be an ideal solution. It would be advantageous to use a conventional bomber aircraft to carry and fire the cruise missiles and have the J-20's escort them.
