Does exist an real Nintendo 3DS Emulator?

I need an 3DS emulator (like DeSmuME for NDS) for opening mario games for 3ds but i've seen only fakes... and they use costs surveys. I want one 3ds emulator without survey or plugin/bios missings. give me a link if you find it....
