Does a exercise bike actually help lose weight? i just got $175 and there are some pretty nice ones for that much. Should i buy one? do they work? are they better than wasting time going outside? HELP ME!!!!! Thxs
i wouldn't spend that much money on an exercise bike when you can go out and buy a real one and it would be much funner! i think its way funner if you get to see nature and explore places instead of being in a room looking at the wall while exercising..its much funner if you are enjoying yourself while doing it, so that way you would want to do it more often!
