Diffrence between Blu ray 8GB vs Blue ray rip 1.25GB?

in 1080p What is the different between these 2?
Will i get better quality from 8GB one?

I use 21in Full HD screen to view in my computer. only

The 1.25 gb one was compressed more = less quality than the 8 gb one.

The 1.25 gb has less bit rate for both video and audio and may also have less video resolution and less audio channels.ect

= You probably want to go with the 8 gb one.

The 8GB one is going to have higher bitrate, meaning it is going to look better, especially in high-action scenes, and probably has surround audio (Dolby Digital 5.1) versus the 1.25GB one which will have lower bitrate and probably just 2-channel stereo audio.
