Cracked Blackberry Storm 2 screen?

Okay so it's messed up. Bad. I don't have insurance, I actually used it FOR this phone. It still works though.

So, would I be able to get a new one without having to pay for the whole price for a new one? Would exchanging this one and paying a small amount (I know that Verizon won't give me a new one with just the phone itself)?

take it to some blackmarket sellphone shops they can fix any cell problem under 30 dollar or so
