I have really boring hair. It's naturally ombre-ish. Basically it's brown though.
I really want to dye my hair a really funky colour like this:

I've been to my stylist and he says that in order to achieve this look I would need to bleach my entire head of hair. He's trying to discourage me from doing it as obviously it is quite damaging and I am only 15 and don't want to end up bald.
He said it would be cool if I dip dyed my hair however a few people I know have dip dyed hair and I don't want to be unoriginal. Are there other ways I can get colourful hair that is not a dip dye?
