Cigarette smokers, how old were you when you started?

i started smoking at age 4 and ive never looked back. 8 packs a day for 43 consecutive years.

smoked first time when i was 3 cos i didnt know why people did it, then probably when i was about 17 smoked again and then a fair bit on weekends, never threw the week when sober, and dont smoke at all now ew

15 gave up at 19 and started again at 22

15 then quit then started again at 18 then quit then started again im 24 and it was the worst thing i ever done its so hard not too smoke, i like a spliff and that doesn't help.

Wow this is interesting, no one that has answered started at 18.
Never smoked a one in my life and never will!
