Antichrist is not a single man. It is a spirit common to many men.

That is a very good question. I am a true christian, I think that he probably has not been in his/her mothers womb yet. If you think about it it could be true because the American Republic says the world is going to end in 2012. If you agree with the American Republic then yes probably he has been in his womb already.
