My daughter will be spending her spring semester in France next year. We will be skyping to stay in touch, but she will certainly need a cell phone as well. She currently has an HTC Incredible 2 with Verizon (CDMA). My understanding is that she will need a GSM phone in Europe. Are there any seasoned globetrotters out there with recommendations?
