rogue via USB w/ a broken screen? the screen is completely black, but the phone still turns on and of..just can't see anything. It's really important to me that i get this media because it's all pictures and videos of my daughters 1st yr. of life. When i plug the USB into the computer, a screen pops up and says need software to continue...the computer recognizes the phone is connected, but none of my media is syncing to the computer....

bitpim.org says it will only help with my phonebook, contacts, calender, ect. but it doesn't say anything about media such as pictures & videos-which are the only things i need off the phone....does anyone know of anything else i can download to retrieve my pictures & videos????
