Caught looking up symptoms of STI's on the internet, is he cheating?

I have just switched on the computer, my boyfriend was using it yesterday and the battery died, and up popped the screen he was looking at, and it was about symptoms of STI's, could he be cheating on me and caught something, I couldnt possibly have given him anything as only had tests 6 months ago and I haven't cheated, should I confront him bout this or should I just let it go?
