I was driving to school this morning when a pick-up truck was driving extremely fast. A huge cooler fell out of his car and hit mine. There is damage to the passenger side bumper and the grill.
Unfortunately, I was so worried about the fact that I had a test and my new car was damaged to even write down the license plate. I didn't call the cops either as this was my first accident and I had no clue how to handle it.
Will my insurance pay for this type of damage. (I'm with Allstate if that helps any)
