? Can't see this alt code correctly ??

For some reason I can't see the ? alt code correctly, it shows up as 3 horizontal lines instead of a heart... how do I fix this?
On my laptop I can see the heart correctly, and everyone else seems to see it as a heart but it wont for my actual computer... :/
