if you are REALLY asking people on yahoo to make you a ps2 emulator, you are seriously fking retarded...


the only ps2 emulator is pcsx2, and it uses plugins. i dont see why you dont want plugins, but either way, you have to use them if you want do ps2 emulation, unless you are going to write your own ps2 emulator from scratch...
And it does run at full speed as long as you have the cpu to emulate it. if not get a better computer with a better cpu...
