I have an iPhone 3 but the SIM doesn't cover internet. I have wired broadband connected to my laptop but as I'm in a student residential, no wireless internet exists. I can connect to my laptop using the charger cable of the iPhone. Can I use that to connect my iPhone to the broadband (internet)? OR can I turn my laptop into a WiFi hotspot and connect to it by my iPhone?
