I am travelling from London to Liverpool Lime Street, on a Virgin Trains Service. I have an adult disabled railcard. Does this allow me to travel at peak times, even with an off peak ticket?
I have been told this is true, but can't find anything to confirm it. Also - when you do the journey planner on virgin trains.co.uk (with a railcard) you can purchase off peak tickets for that journey. However, untab the railcard and you can't.
Anyone?
