Can i travel with a waitlisted e ticket?

I have a waiting list eticket of rail.can I board the train if the ticket doesn't gets confrmed?

unless it is RAC, you can not board the train. with RAC you will be allowed to sit in chair-car boggie but will not get bearth to sleep. WAITLIST ticket does not allow you to board the train. you will get refund.

If ticket is made from indian railways counter then yes you can travel for Non- AC coaches. For AC coaches, you can only travel if you have at least 1 confirmed seat in the ticket booked by you (considering that you booked for more than 1 person). In other cases, you can not travel on wait listed ticket.
