Can I install Android Market physically (SD card)?

I have a tablet that for some reason won't allow for me to install Android Market in the usual ways, so I had App Centre installed via SD card (I downloaded it to the SD card and installed it on my tablet). However, App Centre is not as good as Android Market, is there a way to do the same with Android Market? Thanks

um Android market should have come with your device. It has with all of my android devices.
