Can i get my recorded videos from my iPhone 4 onto my computer?

i have recorded some stuff on my iPhone 4, i want to put it on my computer as a mp4 and have it in my computer not only existing in my itunes library. this will be greatly appreciated if you can help

i know all stuff you taken by iPhone will be stored on "camera" folders on your iPhone. You have to find out a program to read all camera files on your computer. Maybe iMacsoft iPhone File Transfer will be the best.

Connect iPhone to computer and run the program, you will find out "Camera" option will be in the list, click it to open, all "mov" files is the camera videos on your iPhone, select them and check them, transfer them on computer local. But the MOV files is so large, using iMacsoft Video Converter, converts the mov into avi/mp4/flv on your computer and view on your computer media player.
