A while back I was charged with a misdemeanor, so i hired a lawyer.
The cost was about 1500 and was agreed to be doing biweekly payments.
Its been months and my case was never brought up and my advisor said it most likely isn't going to be brought up. I have paid him nearly half the amount but its apparent he was needed to represent me.
Can i be completely refunded or would there be only a portion i would be able to receive for his time?
