Can gym knock off 1 second and half off my 100m time?

iv never been to gym in my life. I run 13.6s in the 100m wich is so sh*t can gym improve a lot plus im doing sprints like 3 time a week to improve(also hill sprints)
 
The gym wont, you will!

the gym may put you in contact with a coach who will analyse you and your movements and provide a structured programme on areas you could improve on

Its fantastic the dedication you are currently putting in, but seek guidance as they will provide you direction for improvement
