Can any android phone, download apps from google play?

Even if google play app is not on the phone which takes you to the app store!
I mean, can any phone goto the link on/through its web browser and install the app from google play store?

"Boss - if the app store is not from google play" in that case I am asking the question. Some third party manufacturers have their own app store and the phone IS android. Example is samsung app store instead of google play store. So, can those phone install apps from google play by going to the apps 'WEB PAGE'?

Yes of course it will, but when you go to install it, it will make you click a setting that lets you download from the internet. It's all safe.

If its a android phone it will have apps store if not its not android

Yes you can actually, but it will tell you to type in your email and everything but of course you can! I use that way instead
