I want to exercise by doing taking up martial arts but I can't decide which style. I really like the sound of Kung Fu, but Karate dojos are more abundant in my area. I am more interested in cardio-vascular exercise and harmonising my body and mind at the same time. Writing this I think I'm swinging more towards Kung Fu but I would like opinions from those with experience. Thanks!
